The Solution
Working with Lolagrove, we compiled a competitor set around all BMW models. We were able to use
on-site behavioural data to highlight brands and models that might not have been considered.
When users who owned vehicles within the competitor set were contacted, our customer contact team would attempt to conquest the user.
In addition, our editorial team produced content promoting offers across the BMW range, which increased direct requests.

The Results
- Our customer contact centre representatives spoke to over 3,000 users, ensuring BMW was front of mind.
- We generated over 1,100 leads over the period of 3 months.
- For this campaign, which was prior to Christmas, we saw a 5% conversion rate.
We identified 10,000 in-market competitor car owners, with our consumer contact centre speaking to over
3,000 of them.
